Vickery Creek Middle School - Speed & Agility Camp

June 7 - 10

Park & Rec Activity # 312852-A

Speed, agility, power and balance development utilizing weight sleds, hand weights, weight belts, resistance bungee cords, running parachutes, agility ladders, mini-hurdles, overspeed trainers, plyometric trainers and more. Ideal for all athletes of any sport or fitness level. The camp will be held on football field at Vickery Creek Middle School and will be directed by Coach Mark Taylor. Registration is through the Park & Rec Department, is open for youth ages 8-15, and the cost is $65.

This camp offers speed, agility, and light weight strength development. The Camp instructors are Coach Zacholski and Coach Albritton. Registration is through the Park & Rec Department, is open for youth ages 8-12, and the cost is $200.

Learn the essential skills to elevate your game to the next level by installing basic fundamentals that all offensive skill players need at the high school level. Each track is 2 weeks - 3 practices each - for 6 unique, sequential practices total. The camp is for rising 6th - 8th graders, will be held at Midway Park, and the cost is $150.
